Being witnessed exactly as you are shakes up the stuck-ness and allows things to move. I hold space for what is, helping you transcend mental and emotional confusion to create space for inner healing, growth, and vitality.
What to expect working with me
When working with me, you can expect to feel deeply seen, honored wherever you are, and encouraged on your path. During our time together, we may draw upon the following modalities:
Grounding meditations to connect with your unique energy at the start of each session
Inner child healing and play
Exploring karmic lessons, inherited generational patterns, and past lives
Identifying and interrupting limiting self-beliefs
Journaling to access spiritual healing and growth
Reconnecting with your Higher Self for guidance through visualization
Working with the wisdom of emotions including sacred rage and grief
Guiding you into greater self-love and understanding the people in your life through the lens of Human Design
Helping you connect with your intuition
Ultimately, the path to integrating all parts of yourself will be unique and personalized to what will be most supportive for where you are in your life.
Ways to work together
I’m currently offering two ways to work together on a private, 1:1 basis:
Option 1: Ad-hoc Support // Single Session
This one-off session is perfect if you’re looking for some perspective, clarity, or feel stuck on a specific aspect of your life. This hour-long session will support you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom and unique life path.
We’ll begin your session with a short meditation to clarify your energy. The rest of the session will support whatever’s been on your heart and mind.
Cost: 60-minutes, $180
Option 2: Ongoing Support
The goal of this transformative 1:1 container is to carve out a safe and supportive space for you to process where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you’re going. We’ll work together to unblock your path, help you step into your divine gifts, and redefine success on your terms to live a life that feels deeply soul-nourishing. This is deep and transformative work. You will feel a return to your soul as you are truly seen for who you are and who you’ve always been. This offering includes:
A free intro call to help me get a clearer sense of your gifts, motivations, and where it is that you currently are in your life
Ongoing 1:1 sessions to take place via Zoom on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis for one hour
Human Design and/or intuitive reading to ground you in your unique gifts and energy to be scheduled in place of a 1:1 session at any time during our work together
Cost: 60 minutes, $165/session
A note on pricing: The above prices are an honest reflection of the time, resources, and energy I pour into each offering. If these prices are currently cost-prohibitive for you, please email me and we can discuss options including a sliding scale or flexible payment plans that may be more supportive for you at this time.
